43 unlicensed gaming companies banned from operating in the Nigerian state of Lagos

Nigeria's Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LSLGA) has issued a ban notice against 43 unlicensed operators.
The document was published on October 3 on the regulator’s website. According to its contents, the following companies are prohibited from operating in Lagos: Zebet, Betika, Gobet, MSport, 22Bet, Afribet, Bestbet360, Bangbet, Betwazobia, Netbet, Nairamillion, Western Lotto, Elliest Lotto, Riderlotto, Peelslotto, Setlotto, Hamabet, Koretbet, Paripesa , Megabet were banned, Livescorebet, Blackbet/Bettybingo, Cloudbet, Sportbet.IO, Hallabet, Oddspedia, N1bet, Ngawin, Millionairepowerplay, Lottomania, Firstbet, Betxperience, Giveraffle, Konfambet, Wakabet, Betfarm, Scrath2win, Chopbarh, Naijabet, Plentymillions, Nairapowerbe t , Gamespay and Xtra GoalsFantasy is illegal.
The LSLGA stated that the operation of the above companies violates Section 33(3) of the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority Act 2021. According to this section, “a person without a valid license or authorization from the authority shall not carry on any gaming activity in the state”.
